Today iam going to talk about the seven chakras that are found in our physical body. Chakra in english simpley means "circle". Chakra are energy centre from with in our etheric body (soul :)). Let's start with the first chakra. It's called the root chakra. Located at the base of the spleen and it gives sensational survival will. (For example: sense of belonging and financial aspects of life.) The second one is the sacral chakra. Located just below the navel. Cause of sexuality and pleasures in our lifes by giving urge for gratification. The third chakras is the umbilical chakras also called the solar plexus. Developing this sense enables someone to be able to directly perceive feelings of other people. Ever heard about reading people minds? Actually it's being able to perceive other people's emotions and feelings. To some extend that someone is able to read and understand thoughts. Fourth chakra is the Cardiac chakra. ( Also called the heart chakra) Located above the heart. I manifests Love which is one of the greatest law. That's why we have to listen to our hearts to find true love. Harmony between the mind and heart should exist :). Then comes the fifth chakra which is the throat chakra. This energy centre is located at the front of the throat. It can enable us to communicate with each other regardless of the physical site that one may be. (Okey let's make it a bit simpler :-) ). Just like us humans, the universe has a soul including the stars, the sun,the moon .etc. Giving rise to the existance of the universal mind. In practice, we can tap in the universal mind and send /receive a message hence that's why existence of two people (may be living at opposite sides of the world) having exact message (idea). The next one is the frontal chakra popularly know as "the third eye". It enables us to see spirit visions. This is the main cause of how some people can see into the future or hidden things of the past. In some people they are born with this sense being active. Finally we have the Crown chakra which is the seventh chakra. It's located on top of the head. (It is the highest of all) With this energy centre, one can completely be in contact with the spirit :) That's all I had guys ;-)
